Branding and rolling out a program to help small employers in Washington state offer competitive health insurance
In partnership with rialto communications, Aukema & Associates helped the Washington State Healthcare Authority create a new brand and a robust set of communications materials for its federally funded Health Insurance Partnership program, which provided small employers in Washington state access to health insurance at a lower employer contribution rate. Along with a logo and overall messaging and brand strategy, we developed a communications plan that included web, video, print marketing communications, advertising, events, and “guerilla marketing” to business associations in the state. The HIP Program was terminated in 2012 due to the discontinuation of federal grant funds.
