Introducing a new pension plan
When UA Local 350 introduced a new Variable DB pension plan to its plumber and pipefitter participants, they needed help explaining the details of this new plan, why the Trust was introducing it, and how participants would benefit. To assist, we created a comprehensive plan that included:
- Website content
- A personalized brochure with individual benefits modeling
- Presentations for in-person meetings
- A series of four videos that explain the details of the new plan
About UA Local 350
The Northern Nevada Plumbers & Pipefitters Variable Defined Benefit Plan is a multiemployer, collectively bargained pension plan.
