A new brand and comprehensive communications plan to better educate, engage, and support participants
Our initial engagement with NW Plumbers & Pipefitters Health Fund (NWPP) was to help introduce a new mental health program to participants. We worked directly with the vendor, Trustees, and the Trust’s third-party administrator to create a series of launch materials and web content. This collaboration led to a development of a comprehensive communication plan that included renaming the Fund, creating a new logo, and creating a new custom designed website to better educate participants about their benefits and promote participation. The new site, logo, and name launched in mid-2024, with a full announcement campaign including a mailer, flyer, vendor emails and materials for employer and union locations.
