Business Health Trust (BHT) has been a client since 2018 when we created a new brand (including logo, messaging, and website) to help stand out among the many insurance providers in Washington state. Today, BHT has grown to more than 1,000 member employers. To help position them for future growth, we worked with them to refine their brand and position them as the go-to Association Health Plan for small to midsize employers in Washington – including the launch of a brand new, mobile-first website.
We continue to help promote membership with the development of collateral, direct email campaigns, digital marketing campaigns to promote open enrollment, and membership surveys for retention.
